If you’re trying to make a decision, going through a divorce or breakup, or finding your footing after one, it can be difficult to access clarity when your emotions feel all over the place.

Clarity Intensives are extended therapy sessions designed to support you through significant relationship transitions.
These sessions offer the time and structure needed to:
organize your thoughts and emotions
understand the internal conflict you may be experiencing
process what feels stuck or overwhelming
reconnect with your sense of direction
Areas of focus may include:
Decision-making: feeling torn between staying or leaving
Relationship Betrayal support: processing the shock, hurt and emotional whiplash
Breakup support: navigating the emotional intensity of a relationship ending
Post-breakup clarity: making sense of what happened and reconnecting with yourself
Many clients reach out when they feel like they can’t keep going in circles.
What to expect
Before the session
You will complete a brief intake to help focus our time.
During the session
We will explore what’s happening internally, work through areas of stuckness, and support movement toward clarity.
After the session
You will leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and a more grounded sense of your next steps.
Approach
This work is grounded in:
Parts work (IFS- Internal Family Systems): understanding the different internal voices and needs within you
Brainspotting: supporting deeper emotional processing when appropriate
Regulation and grounding: helping your system settle so clarity becomes more accessible
These sessions are active and guided, while still allowing space for your experience to unfold.
Session Options
Focused support to organize your experience and begin shifting out of confusion
Most clients choose a 3-hour intensive when they feel deeply stuck or overwhelmed.
Clients often come in feeling torn wanting to leave one moment and stay the next. By the end of the session, they’re able to understand what’s driving each side and move forward with more clarity and steadiness.
Important to know
These intensives are not a replacement for ongoing therapy or appropriate for situations involving active safety concerns or abuse.
They are best suited for individuals who feel overwhelmed but are ready to engage in a focused, extended session.
